Oina

Oina is a sport that has been likened to the very popular game of baseball. Originating in Rome, it is said that oina was first played in1364. From then onwards, it has also become a part of the physical education in many schools around the world. This game is played with two teams. One team bats whilst the other catches. One team starts the play with one team member bowling the ball. The batsmen need to hit the ball hard because it has to go far enough. Once he hits the ball, he has to run and make runs into the adversary’s field. He has to reach the field on time before someone from the opposing team gets the ball.

Even the bowler has to be able to throw the ball in such a way so that the batsman is able to hit it. That is, he should be able to throw the ball in the right direction.
